Our story
From the landing to your kitchen, the same morning
Point Bleu started with a simple idea: the best fish in Mauritius should not have to pass through five hands before it reaches you. We work directly with the boats. When they come in before dawn, the catch goes straight onto ice, and into our counter by opening time.
Every order is cleaned and cut by hand, the way you ask: descaled and gutted, filleted, in steaks, peeled, tenderised. You pay for the real weight on the scale, never an estimate.
We also supply restaurants, hotels and shops that want the same freshness every day, with the paperwork and reliability a kitchen needs.
